Our 4 Hook and Chain Package includes everything needed to effortlessly hang your new Lowcountry Swing Bed. The package contains four 36″ long hooks, four sections of industrial grade black chain cut to your ceiling height, attachment hardware, and four sturdy ceiling eye bolts.
Second in popularity only to our Black Chain kit, the Decorative S-Hook and Chain packages have an uncanny ability to completely transform a space. Four 3-foot decorative hooks create an elegant S-curve from ceiling to chain, adding visual interest at the connection point that a chain-only installation simply doesn’t have. It’s a finishing touch that makes the difference between “hung” and “designed.”
The decorative hooks are the key differentiator between this package and our chain-only option. Where chain alone creates straight vertical lines, the hot-rolled steel hooks add a graceful curve at the top that softens the installation and draws the eye upward.Â
To ensure optimal stability and structural support, we recommend having a licensed general contractor securely install the eye bolts directly into your support beams/ceiling joists. Each eye bolt is rated for 320 pounds, allowing for a combined weight capacity of 1,200 pounds when using all four bolts. Rest assured, this setup guarantees a safe and secure hanging experience for your swing bed.

What’s the difference between the 4-Hook and 8-Hook package?
The 4-Hook package includes 4 hooks, 4 chain sections, and 4 eye bolts — one per corner of the swing bed. The 8-Hook package doubles the hooks (8 total), creating a more ornate visual at each corner with pairs of hooks working together. Both have the same weight capacity, though chain length with obviously be reduced by 3ft with the 8-Hook option. The choice is purely aesthetic.
Can I install this myself? The chain and hook assembly is straightforward. The critical step is securing the eye bolts into ceiling joists which generally requires a little more handy work than most of us comfortable with. If you’re unsure, we strongly recommend consulting a contractor for the eye bolt installation. Everything else is tool-free snap-link assembly.
