Upon receipt of your package(s), please open immediately and report all damage, lost, and stolen claims within 10 days of shipment. We work closely with FedEx to ensure these situations do not happen, but on the rare occurrence that they do, photos of damaged shipping materials may need to be submitted to us to support filed claims.
If there are any missing items within your shipment, or if you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, please report to us within 10 days to receive replacement parts or a credit. After 10 days, we cannot be held responsible for missing items and will not approve returns or refunds. Please open and fully unpack your swing bed and other products as soon as they arrive. It is not a good idea to leave your swing bed packaged for several months before opening as these beds are hand-painted/hand-stained and need air to breathe. All claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lowcountry Swingbeds retains full discretion in determining the legitimacy of any claim and the appropriate remedial action, if any.
In situations where a return is accepted, the following conditions apply:
a. The customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
b. All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Please note: Credit/Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, but the buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs. Custom sizes, customized designs, and ALL CUSHIONS cannot be returned or refunded. Please be sure you understand the size you are ordering based on the space you have available. Handmade products may slightly fluctuate from exact dimensions because they are, in fact, handmade, and lumber varies from piece to piece. Cushions are non-refundable since we allow for fabric customization and make all cushions on a per-client, custom basis.

By placing an order with Lowcountry Swingbeds, customers expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by our Return Policy as detailed in this document. Prior to finalizing a purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review this policy. Proceeding with a purchase signifies full acceptance of the stipulated refund terms and conditions presented.
