Custom orders (including custom sizing, design, or fabric choice) may not be cancelled after 3 weeks of purchase without a 50% deposit loss. During shorter lead time months, this window of cancellation may be even smaller than 3 weeks.

Please report all damage, lost and stolen claims within 15 days of shipment. We work closely with FedEx/UPS to ensure these situations do not happen.

If there are any missing items within your shipment, or if you are unsatisfied with the product in any way, please report to us within 30 days to receive replacement parts or a refund. After 30 days, we cannot be held responsible for missing items and will not approve returns or refunds. Please open your swing bed and other products as soon as they arrive to you. It is not a good idea to leave your swing bed packaged for several months before opening as these beds are hand-painted/hand-stained and need air to breathe.

Please note: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, but the buyer is always responsible for shipping costs.

**Important: Custom sizes, custom designs, and/or cushions cannot be returned or refunded. Please be sure you understand the size you are ordering based on the space you have available. Handmade products may slightly fluctuate from exact dimensions because they are, in fact, handmade and lumber varies piece to piece. For customized designs, we will send photos before shipment and require your approval before we ship the product out. Your approval of the photo is extremely important as that will be your final approval. We do offer deposit/payment plans if you would like to pay the balance upon photo approval.**

Since cushions are made-to-order based on your fabric selection out of 1000’s of options, cushions are non-refundable.

We stand behind every product we sell and offer a 30 day return policy. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, assembly instructions and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable.

Products not eligible for return

- Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom-made sizes, designs, and/or too specific for us to resale).
- Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
- Any cushion or product that includes a specified cushion fabric selection
- Any product that has been modified or used in any way.
- Any product that is not in resalable condition.
- Any product that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
- Large orders: (Orders containing 4 or more of a single product). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and processes your return, which can take up to 7 Business days. Return shipping charges and initial shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 5 business days to reflect on your statement.
